Founded and developed an independent consulting activity supporting creative industries, events, hospitality and projects requiring specialized solutions.

Assignments have included business development, company representation, project development, sourcing, technical coordination and operational support.

Selected work includes:

  • Technical management of Vietnam’s 40th Reunification Anniversary celebrations — a major public event reaching an audience of more than one million people.
  • Envy Club, Ho Chi Minh City — artistic direction, stage design and technical coordination.

Responsibilities covered operations, business development, proposals, negotiation, project management and production.
